Great match up here as we see Stoke City host Crystal Palace at the Britannia Stadium. Mark Hughes will be looking for his stoke team to continue their terrific home form as the Potters have won four from five and will fancy their chances of taking all three points against Crystal Palace. Stephen Ireland should return to the starting line up after a horrific leg injury suffered in the Hull City game but his fellow Irish man Jonathon Walters may miss out through injury after fracturing a cheekbone last time out. Peter Crouch and Mame Diouf will form a partnership up front that could be terrific given time. Mark Hughes side lost to West Brom last time out but that was a game that Stoke should have gotten something from.
Crystal Palace have won five of their last six away games under Alan Pardew, an unbelievable run of form. Palace though have lost three of their last five and their last away game to Southampton was a 1-0 loss. Under Pardew Crystal Palace have been full of fight and have never given up in games. Their performance away to West ham was one of their best of the season and if they can reproduce that tomorrow they will win in Stoke. Murray , Puncheon and Zaha were terrific on that occaision if they can produce a similar performance tomorrow then this could be a cracking game of football.
I'm taking both teams to score here. Not often a choice I would take in Stoke home games as they are quite often defensive but I see both teams finding the net here. Alan Pardew's men could pull off the shock but I think both teams to score is the better value.
