Norwich will look to build on their win over Manchester United when they travel to London to take on Tottenham Hotspur at White Hart Lane. Norwich were excellent last week on the break they set up to absorb the pressure from United and used Redmond, Brady and Jerome well on the counter attack getting their just rewards when they hit two break away goals.Norwich are a tough team to break down of late with draws agaisnt Arsenal and Everton to go with their win at Manchester United. The only thing that holds some negatives about Norwich is that last week's win in Old Trafford was the first away points Norwich have picked up since September.
Tottenham were effective and clinical when they hit Southampton for a couple of first half goals and comfortably defended the rest of the day. Harry Kane and Alli scored the goals, two of Tottenham's better players this season. Lloris has also been exceptional this season and Tottenham's captain has been a leading example for his team. Pochettino has his team primed to compete for a Champions League place and they need to win this type of home game. Tottenham just can not afford to drop points at home to lower division opponents.
I am fully confident that Tottenham will get the win here but at 2/5 there is no value in taking Tottenham straight up. I think Norwich have shown enough of late to think that they will give this a good go though and their goals in Old Trafford proved they could score on the road. I'm going to take both teams to score here as the value play in the game.
