Wembley Stadium will be treated to a great game as Tottenham host Borussia Dortmund in matchday 1 of this season UEFA Champions League. Dortmund did very well last season in this competition while Tottenham did not so both teams have a lot to prove in this game.

Tottenham will be at home but they do not have a good record at Wembley Stadium and that is cause for concern for the Spurs. This side is filled with talent and the likes of Harry Kane and Dele Ali are starting to get into some really good form. Spurs had a big win this weekend as they comprehensively beat Everton and they will want to put up a similar display against Dortmund.
Borussia Dortmund doesn't look as good as last season but there is still a lot of talent in this side. Going forward they lost Dembele and although they have not spent that money yet, they are still playing well and have a lot of options. At the back, they are still very solid and that needs to be displayed again this week if they are to be successful against Tottenham in London.

All in all, I am predicting this to be a tight game that Tottenham are going to win. The home side are in great form and at the moment, I think they might have the better set of players. We are getting a really good price for this bet and as a result, I think it is the most appropriate bet for this game. In addition to that, I am predicting this to be a low scoring game. Neither side are poor defensively so the under 2.5 goals is a betting option that I like in this game.

Tottenham
