We are well past the halfway stage of the season now and for Tottenham Hotspur things are looking good. This weekend they host Walford in what should be an easy game for the home side. White Hart Lane will be full again and although I expect Spurs to win, Watford will not go down without a fight here.
Spurs are coming off yet another win and are currently in third place, above their oldest rivals, Arsenal. This will be something off pride for Spurs but they need to keep going since they can really take a shot at the title this season. I think that they will win this match since they are playing some really good football and Dele Ali is leading them really well with some great form.
Watford will also have a lot of confidence going into this match since they are coming off a draw against last season's champions, Chelsea. That being said, this weekend the challenge will be a lot tougher since they will not only be away from home, but will be laying a much better and inform team in Tottenham. I am afraid this game might be a little too much this weekend for Watford.
As far as betting is concerned, I think that taking Tottenham with a handicap is the best bet. Spurs are at home and at home they generally win, and win big. Watford might have heart but Spurs are playing very well at the moment so I think that this bet has a lot of value in it and it is surely worth it. Also if you are feeling like betting on the goal line, I think that taking over 2.5 goals is the best bet since it is not only safe due to Spurs scoring record but we are also getting a good enough price.
