In the Italian Serie A, Inter Milan will travel away from home to the Stadio Friuli where they will face Udinese.

Udinese have struggled this season and that has resulted in the team having only 24 points from their 21 games. Udinese are in 14th spot on the ladder and they could potentially be in a battle to avoid relegation. During their last Serie A fixture, Udinese were defeated 2-0 away from home against Parma. It was a very poor match for Udinese as they failed to create enough chances to challenge Parma. Udinese have lost their last 3 games and team seems to have no confidence. This is expected to be a very tough match for Udinese as they are playing against an elite team in Inter Milan.

Looking at Inter Milan, the team are currently second on the ladder and are 3 points Juventus who are in the top spot. Inter Milan played midweek in the Coppa Italia where they defeated Fiorentina 2-1 at home. It was a solid display by Inter as they controlled 66% of the possession and had 17 shots. Antonio Candreva and Nicolo Barella were the two players that scored for Inter Milan. There are high amounts of pressure on Inter Milan as they have a realistic chance of winning the title.

Inter Milan and Udinese played each other earlier in the season. The match was played at the San Siro where Inter Milan won 1-0.

Taking everything into consideration, I am going to pick Inter Milan to win this match. Udinese have had a poor season and I see the team lacking the confidence that is required to defeat an elite team. There is a big gap in skill between the two teams and I see that resulting in a big win for Inter Milan. The over 2.5 goals seem like a good wager since I see Inter Milan scoring 3 goals.
