Vancouver Whitecaps vs Chicago Fire - 7/7/18 MLS Soccer Pick, Odds, and Prediction

The Vancouver Whitecaps will continue their 2018 MLS season as they look to take on the Chicago Fire at home at BC Place. This should be a very exciting game of football between two very good teams. Both teams will want to win so I am expecting a great contest.

Things have gone very badly for the Vancouver Whitecaps as they have lost their last two games very badly. The Whitecaps lost to the Colorado Rapids in Vancouver which is a very bad result. Things need to change quickly for the Whitecaps or their season will be over. As it currently stands, Vancouver are 6th in the Western Conference but they need to win some games if they wish to remain with a chance of making the playoffs at the end of the season. The big players at Vancouver need to stand up and if that can happen then the team has a chance of moving up the ladder.

On the other side of the coin, the Chicago Fire will be feeling confident after they beat New York City FC at home in their last game. Like the Vancouver Whitecaps, the Chicago Fire are also 6th of the ladder meaning that they still have a chance of making the playoffs at the end of the season. It has been a good few weeks for the Chicago Fire as they have won most of the games and the team is looking very confident. The players seem to be playing well and are gelling as a unit. This is going to be shown again in this game and I think it might be enough for the Fire to get a very important away win.

All in all, I am going to predict that the Chicago Fire will get a win away from home. They are playing the better football at the moment so this wager makes tons of sense. As far as betting is concerned, we are getting a great price to wager on the Chicago Fire to win so that is the bet which I am going to recommend that we make.
