In the English Premier League, Arsenal are set to play against Watford away from home at Vicarage Road.

In their last match, Arsenal managed a 2-2 at home against Tottenham. While the Gunners would have liked to have beaten the Spurs at home, it was still a very good performance by the team with Arsenal showing their ability as an attacking unit. During the win, Arsenal controlled 55% of the possession and had 26 shots. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette both showed their class as both strikers scored during the game. As it currently stands, Arsenal have 7 points from their 4 games but having already played Liverpool and Tottenham, the team will be optimistic heading forward.

On the other side of the coin, Watford are in shambles. Manager, Javi Gracia was sacked over the international break and it seems like the team is very disorganized. As it currently stands, Watford only have 1 point and are bottom of the ladder. In their previous outing, Watford only managed a 1-1 draw against Newcastle United. The Hornets took the lead in the 2nd minute but following that goal, they were outplayed by Newcastle United. Quique Sánchez Flores has been appointed as the new manager for Watford but considering the state of the team, it will be very tough to turn things around for this game.

Watford and Arsenal last played each other in April. The match was played at Vicarage Road with Arsenal winning 1-0 away from home. Arsenal won both head-to-head match last season.

Watford look very poor and with a new manager arriving, it will be tough for him to get things ready for this match. Arsenal, on the other hand, look very impressive and there is great optimism around the club. Arsenal are a significantly stronger side and I see them having too much attacking quality for Watford. I see the Gunners winning this match with some ease.
