Werder Bremen was once considered one of the most feared team and although they don’t have the same sense of fear about them, they play host to Bayern Munich this weekend in a game that should be quite good to watch as the German champions need to win with RB Leipzig on their tails while Bremen to play well as survival is a concern for them.
Werder Bremen have the worst defensive record in the whole league and that is a massive concern for them. This record should not change this weekend as they are up against a goal scoring machine in Bayern Munich and I am expecting a high scoring game for this reason. The only hope that Werder Bremen have is to use their home crowd to get their defense together but I don’t see this happening.
Bayern Munich on the other hand will know that this title race might go the distance and that goal difference might come into consideration later on in the season and so I am expecting them to go all guns blazing. This is a team with born scorers with the likes of Muller, Lewandowski, Douglas Costa and Vidal just to name a few. I am expecting a 4-0 or 5-0 result to be honest and as a result it does not look very good for the home side.
As far as betting is concerned, we are not getting a good enough price to bet on Bayern Munich winning outright. That being said, betting on the over 2.5 goals is a good bet and it very safe considering the two teams involved. This is a banker bet and if you want to over 3.5 goals is also a good bet.
