West Ham United take on Birkirkara of Malta on Thursday and Slaven Bilic is set to name a strong squad for the game. Adrian, Noble, Nolan and Collins should all be involved. There are a few of West Ham's star names who will miss the game through injury and a couple of players like Enner Valencia will be late back to pre season due to their international commitment during the summer. Bilic can and should name his strongest side for this game but West Ham really are a number of levels above Birkirkara and should win this game easy.
Birkirkara will be looking at this game as a shot to nothing as they are massive underdogs here. For West Ham fans wondering about the threat the Maltese side will present, look no further than the two Brazilians playing up front Liliu and Ledesma who netted thirteen goals each last season and will take some watching on Thursday night.
Very hard to find value in this game, West Ham are a ridiculous price and there is no value in the goals market. This is a tough game in which to find value but I am going to take West Ham -3 on the handicap, I think the gap between the two teams is just too vast here. Just a small take here as really West Ham have not announced their starting line up yet and I am unsure of Bilic's plans to play a very strong team.
