West Ham play Manchester United this weekend in what should be an important game for the Red Devils as a win will get them into the top 4 and a spot in next seasons Champions League. For West Ham, this is one of their final chances to play at their current home stadium and the fans will surely want their team to leave in a high.
Manchester United played poorly in their last game but somehow the Van Gaal and his men got a win thanks to Juan Mata. This week they will look to improve their game significantly since West Ham will be a much tougher test. Manchester United need to improve their build up play and the fans have been very critical about this all season. This game it will be essential for them to do so since poor build up will cause them to get hit by the counter where the likes of Dmitri Payet will be devastating.
West Ham on the other hand are also coming off a poor performance where they got smashed at home to Swansea. This was almost embarrassing and for a team that has had such a good season, they will want to turn it around so they can end their season on a high. Also a spot in the Europa League is also something that is a possibility considering that United might win the FA Cup. That being said, a win against Manchester United should be motivation enough and it will be interesting to see how this game unfolds.
I am actually not sure who I am going to pick to win this game. Both teams are talented but they have bth been playing poorly lately. I think a safe bet is to look at the goal line and going for the under 2.5 goals since that is how United play the game so a 1-0 or 0-0 result is very likely.
