Goffin has yet to drop a set this tournament and has a chance to make the semifinal of the Monte Carlo Masters for the second straight year. Goffin has won five of his last six quarterfinal appearances. Goffin has a chance to make his fourth ATP World Tour Masters 1000 semifinal appearance of his career. Goffin has won four of his last six matches on clay court.
