Roberto Bautista Agut vs Alexander Zverev

The Line: -- Over/Under:
Grigor Dimitrov will begin his 2018 ATP Paris Masters tournament in the second round where he will be facing Roberto Bautista Agut from Spain.
Roberto Bautista Agut played against Steve Johnson in the opening round in a match that the Spaniard won in straight sets. During that win, Roberto Bautista Agut served exceptionally well as he won close to 80% of the points played during his service games. This allowed Roberto Bautista Agut to only lose 1 service game which led to victory. It has been a decent few months for Roberto Bautista Agut as he made the quarterfinals of the Vienna Open and the semifinals of the St Petersburg Open. This will be the fifth time Agut is playing at the Paris Masters where his best result is a third-round appearance.
On the other side of the court, Grigor Dimitrov is in desperate need of a good result as he tries to hold on to his top 10 ranking. As it currently stands, Dimitrov is 10th in the world which is very disappointing considering he started the season as world number 3. Dimitrov’s record since the US Open is 2-2 which is very poor for a player of his quality. This is further proven by the fact that Grigor Dimitrov hasn’t made it past the second round of a tournament since the Rogers Cup in August. Dimitrov has made it into the third round of the Paris Masters for the past 5 seasons so there is hope that Dimitrov can regain form at a favored venue.
Grigor Dimitrov and Roberto Bautista Agut have played 3 times in the past with Agut winning once and Dimitrov winning on 2 occasions. Dimitrov has won on the last 2 occasions with the most recent match at the 2017 China Open.
All in all, I am going to pick Grigor Dimitrov to win. While Agut has been in better form, I am expecting Dimitrov to show his class as he is in desperate need of a win. With a decent record at Paris, I see Grigor Dimitrov making the third round.
