Jannik Sinner meets Pablo Carreno Busta in the quarterfinals of the 2020 Rotterdam Open.
Jannik Sinner played an incredible match against David Goffin and was able to beat the Belgian in straight sets. Sinner is evolving as a player, and with every match he wins or loses, he gains more experience. This will be the Italian's first ATP500 quarterfinal and it will be exciting to see how the up and coming star will handle it.
Pablo Carreno Busta booked his spot in the quarterfinals by beating fellow Spaniard, Roberto Bautista Agut, in 3 sets. PBC is a strong player, and it will be interesting to see if he has been able to use his extra day of rest to prepare himself to play a long and gruelling match on Friday.
This will be the first meeting between both players and because of that it will be much more in the favour of Sinner. Sinner is playing like he has nothing to lose, he does not care who his opponent is, he just plays to gain experience. With Sinner not caring about pressure but rather only caring about gaining experience, this match will be easier for Sinner. Sinner will make it to the semi-finals.
Sinner to win.
