The only real concern for Serena right now is the fact she’s had 23 or more unforced errors in three of her five matches. However, Serena is coming off her cleanest match yet in which she had just two double faults compared to four or more in her first four matches. Serena looks to reach her third French Open final and third straight major final.

These two have played each other twice in the past, and Serena won both meetings in straight sets. Their most recent match was in the 2015 Indian Wells Masters. This will be the second time these two have played on clay.
While Bacsinszky is playing great tennis and has some impressive wins under her belt this tournament, Serena Williams is a completely different challenge to deal with. It could be a little more competitive than expected, but with the way the field is looking, the French Open is Serena’s to lose.
