The Dallas Wings are allowing 33.6 percent shooting from deep and are grabbing 36.5 rebounds per game. The Dallas Wings have have split their last six road games.
The New York Liberty need a feel good victory here after losing nine of their last 11 games. The New York Liberty are averaging 76.8 points on 42.3 percent shooting and allowing 83.2 points on 44 percent shooting. Tina Charles is averaging 19.8 points and 6.8 rebounds while Kia Nurse is averaging 8.8 points and 1.7 assists. Shavonte Zellous is grabbing three rebounds and Bria Hartley is dishing 3.8 assists. The Wings are 5-2 ATS in their last 7 road games, 8-3 ATS in their last 11 vs. Eastern Conference and 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games overall. The Liberty are 1-5 ATS in their last 6 home games, 1-5 ATS in their last 6 Sunday games and 3-9 ATS in their last 12 games overall. The Wings are 5-11 ATS in the last 16 meetings in New York and the over is 5-1 in the last 6 meetings in New York.
The New York Liberty have had a ton of time to rest for this game and are at home in an early start, which is a big advantage. However, I'm not sure how anybody can back New York with any confidence, as this club gets drilled defensively and is being outscord by 6.3 points on the season. Things haven't been much better at home for the Liberty. The Dallas Wings have been hit or miss, but they usually take care of business against lesser teams, and they're outscoring teams by 9.6 points in their last five games. Combine the Wings offense with the Liberty lack of defense, and this game could get ugly for the home team.
