The Seattle Storm have a chance to take a commanding 2-0 series lead before leaving for the road. Breanna Stewart is averaging 22 points and 8.6 rebounds while Jewell Loyd is averaging 15.8 points and 3.8 assists. Natasha Howard is the third double-digit scorer and Sue Bird is dishing 7.1 assists. The Seattle Storm are shooting 37.6 percent from beyond the arc and 80.7 percent from the free throw line. The Seattle Storm are allowing 33.8 percent shooting from deep and are grabbing 35.4 rebounds per game. The Seattle Storm have won five straight home games.

The Mercury are 13-3 ATS in their last 16 road games, 6-17 ATS in their last 23 Tuesday games and 5-1 ATS in their last 6 games overall. The Storm are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 Tuesday games, 5-2-1 ATS in their last 8 home games and 15-5-1 ATS in their last 21 games overall. The Mercury are 7-1 ATS in the last 8 meetings in Seattle, 13-6 ATS in the last 19 meetings and the over is 5-2 in the last 7 meetings.

Every time the Phoenix made a run in game one, the Seattle Storm responded and pushed the lead to double digits. The Mercury need more than their big three to hang with the deep and explosive Storm, especially if Stewart is going to sit behind the three point line and drill five-plus shots. The Mercury had their chance to possibly steal a game in game one and there were certainly tired legs in the second half. The Storm should be able to open this game up more and win by a larger margin.

Seattle Storm -5.5
