The Washington Mystics look for their first win of the season after getting waxed by the Connecticut Sun in their season opener. The Mystics are 6-2 ATS in their last 8 games playing on 3 or more days rest. The Dream are 4-9-1 ATS in the last 14 meetings and the under is 10-3 in the last 13 meetings in Washington. The under is 4-1 in Mystics last 5 Saturday games.
The Washington Mystics have had a lot of time to figure out what went wrong in their season opener and they're a better team than what they showed. The Atlanta Dream have been awful to start the season, as this team has shown no offensive spark to speak of and is now on the end of a back-to-back, which can b a tough scheduling spot this early in the season. I don't love big numbers while we're still figuring teams out, but backing the Dream in their current form isn't an option for me. I'll side with the Mystics in a comfortable victory.
