An unbeaten run of twelve games for Manchester United but the team continues to drop points in the league and unfortunately for David Moyes and Manchester United fans that is bad news. Last weekend the Red Devils traveled to London and came away from a great game with Tottenham with a point. The only problem of course is that Arsenal won again and that leaves Manchester United nine points behind the Gunners. David Moyes will be obviously nervous of his first game as Manchester United boss against his old team Everton. Manchester United are heavily reliant on the individual brilliance of Wayne Rooney right now as Robin Van Persie is on the sidelines with an injury and the team as a whole has not been overly impressive in the League this term. The crowd at Old Trafford is sure to be noisy tomorrow night though and they should be in for a good game of football as this Everton side has been impressive thus far.
The Toffees as Everton as so affectionately known have been like their nickname this year, sticky. With only one loss so far this year Everton have been the toughest team in the league to beat. Under Roberto Martinez Everton have found a resiliance against the top teams and although they have struggled at times to put away the minnows I personally think this Everton team have something really special about them. Lukaku is a gem, brought in on loan from Chelsea the young Belgian is lighting up the league and the scoresheets. It is really hard not to like the way Lukaku plays as well as he always has a smile on his face. Everton are unbeaten in seven and a trip to Old Trafford is a great chance for Everton to test that resolve agaisnt one of the best teams in the league.
This is an absolutely massive game for Manchester United, they simply have to win to keep up the pace being set by Arsenal who play Hull at home tomorrow night and will be expected to pick up all three points there. So will Manchester United pick up the win against Everton in a jam packed Old Trafford? Its a tough one. But i think the value here is in the overs market. Lukaku is going to cause problems for United's defence and with Rooney, Chicarito and Wellbeck United have players capable of really hurting Everton. I'm taking the overs here.
