Everton vs Manchester United

Sunday 5th October 2014 12:00(GMT)

The Line: Manchester United 4/5 Draw 3/1 Everton 9/2 See the Latest Odds

TV: BT Sport; NBC Sports

One thing is for certain Manchester United games have been anything but boring this season, Louis Van Gaal has spent a fortune of top class players the team is lacking for defenders but my god when they go forward they look electric. Angel Di Maria, Mata, Herrera, Falcao , Van Persie and  Rooney. Its a who's who of attacking footballers and even without the suspended Rooney , Manchester United look to have more than enough options up front to cause problems for any team. Everton have only kept one clean sheet in their nine competitive games this term so I am sure Falcao and Van Persie will be looking forward to getting a go at this Everton back four.

Roberto Martinez side have been up and down as well this season, a terrific Phil Jagielka strike was needed to come away with a 1-1 draw at Anfield in the Merseyside derby last weekend in a game that Everton were pretty poor and obviously went to anfield just looking for one point. With Lukaku, Eto and Naismith up front their is a good variety of player available to Martinez to give his side a different option when they face different opposition. Lukaku will get the start tomorrow and surely will fancy his chances against a Manchester United team that at the moment just can not defend.

Regular readers are not going to be surprised with my tip here. I am going with the Overs, until Manchester United prove to me that they can defend I wil be backing to overs in every game they play this season. This is not only based on United's lack of defence though as at the other end Manchester United have two of the best strikers on the planet in Falcao and Van Persie. This game looks destined to finish with three or more goals, in fact i wouldnt be surprised if we see four or even five goals tomorrow. Follow me on twitter@antonpippo
