As far as games go this is one of the biggest of the weekend in European Football. Bayern Munich face off against Borussia Dortmund at the Allianz Arena, given that these two have split the title over the last five years it is strange to look at the Bundesliga table and see Borussia Dortmund in fifteenth. But the reality is that Borussia have lost five games in a row in the league and deserve to be where they are because of it. There is alot to be admired about Dortmund's footballing philosophy and under Jurgen Klopp Dortmund have always played an attractive attacking style of football. Unfortunately they have been shooting themselves in the foot in recent years when it comes to contracts and transfers as Lewandowski, Goetze have swapped Borussia for Bayern and tomorrow could very well come back to haunt their former employers. Borussia Dortmund simply put need to start winning game and Reus, Kagawa, Aubemeyang will be key to Dortund getting anything from the game tomorrow. If Dortmund can get at Bayern's defence then there is always the chance of an upset.
With that said Bayern Munich look like a machine at the moment. Pep Guardiola's side have an abundace of attacking talent and with the return of Ribery, Munich are in the strongest position they could have hoped for coming into such a huge game. Bayern have a wealth of options that just are hard to fathom for the every day fan with Lewandowski, Muller, Robben and Ribery all fit it basically means leaving Germanys world cup hero Goetze on the bench alongside Switzerlands world cup hero Xaqiri. It is an embaressment of riches but one Bayern will not be complaining about.

On paper given their records in the league this season and even the squads of both teams this is a stone wall Bayern Munich win, but football is not won on paper and if there is one game that the Borussia Dortmund fans and players will be able to lift themselves for this will be it. While I absolutely do not this that Borussia can win this one outright I do think they may be able to frustrate Bayern for long periods. Jurgen Klopp has proven himself a bit of a tactical genius especially when his side is back to the wall like they find themselveson saturday. This is a really tough call but I am going to take Borussia Dortmund on the handicap. Not a super strong pick here because of all the intangibles that make this one so so tough to handicap but I am taking the away team
