Swansea take on West Ham United at Liberty Stadium with both teams seperated by just three points. Swansea will look to get win here in their first game without Wilfred Bony as he heads to Africa for the cup of nations. Routledge and Sigurddson will be even more important to Swansea as they look to do without their talisman. It is possible that Bony may not end January a Swansea player as Manchester City are hovering with a £30million bid. Swansea have been excellent at home for most of the season losing only twice and will look to continue that strong form on Saturday afternoon.
West Ham will be losing Alex Song to the ACN and would have also lost top scorer Sakho but he has been ruled out with an injury. Sam Allardyce's side were playing quiet well until a recent run of four games without a win including two losses to London rivals Chelsea and Arsenal. The problem for Big Sam and the hammers is the lack of quality in the depth of the squad. Andy Carroll though has made a difference since coming back into the side he looks fit and healthy and is a tough guy to mark on his day. He will cause problems for the Swansea back four.
No great value here on this game, I like both teams to score though and am going to have a little pop at that. I will have a free pick on the sides on the Sportschatplace app for those interested in that pick.
