Can Jose Mourhino and Chelsea sort out their away form when they visit Swansea? Chelsea have dropped points in consequtive away games drawing at Southampton before losing 5-3 to Tottenham in their last away game. Mourhino has a galaxy of stars at Chelsea but will look to Hazard, Fabregas and Costa to cure their shortcomings. Chelsea have been sensational this season but have had their struggles on the road and this is not the easiest fixture in the Premier League calender as Swansea is a tough place to go. With one of the deepest squads in football though Chelsea have the players to win anywhere.
Swansea have lost their talisman Wilfred Bony who has been sold to Manchester City for £28million. Without the Ivorian striker pressure will come on to Gomis their summer signing to score more goals. Sigurrdson will have to maintain his strong form along with Routledge and Dyer but Swansea will definitely suffer for selling Bony. The question is now can Gary Monk get a replacement in the January window? I liked what Gomis did with Lyon last season and he has scored double figures in each of last nine seasons and I expect him to hit form now with more game time.
I am going to take both teams to score here. I think Swansea will give Chelsea a game and while Chelsea may come away with the win this wont be a walk in the park for the Blues. Look for Sigurddsoon, Dyer and Gomis to cause lots of trouble for Chelsea at the back.
