FA Cup action on Monday night as Manchester United travel to Preston. Preston come into this game in fine form having won their last three and their impressive victory over Sheffield United in the last round will give theLeague one side plenty of confidence ahead of this tie. Simon Grayson has a good mixture of youth and experience in his squad with former Bolton striker Kevin Davies leading the line for Preston alongside Joe Garner who notched his tenth goal of the season last weekend. Preston will not be overawed by the superstar laden Manchester United team that will arrive at deepdale.
Manchester United will be looking to make it to the quarter finals in Louis Van Gaals first season in charge but United have really struggled on their travels this year. Even with a glut of talent up front goals on their away trips have been an issue. Falcao, Van Persie and Rooney have all struggled to really get some form going but Van Persie still is the most clinical finisher in the club even with the addition of Falcao. With Di Maria back to full fitness and Daley blind holding the midfield this is a work in progress but one that looks like an exciting prospect.
I am going to take the draw here I think Preston will give United plenty of problems especially given United's struggles on the road. Not a big fancy here but something for interest.
