One of the games of the weekend in the Bundesliga will see Borussia Dortmund take on Bayern Munich at the Signal Iduna Park. Borussia Dortmund recently knocked out of the Champions League will be desperate to win here and move up the table to try to get a place in Europe for next season. Led by Marco Reus who just recently signed a new long term deal Dortmund are a dangerous opponent and they will not be scared by the task of taking on a Bayern Munich team who suffered their first loss of the season last time out. Jurgen Klopp has in general got the best of Bayern Munich over the duration of his time in Dortmund and will again look to pull off a tactical masterclass against the Champions on Saturday evening.
Pep Guardiola's side come into this game off the back of that loss to Gladbach but of more concern to Bayern Munich was the loss of Arjen Robben to injury. The dutchman has been Bayern's best player this season and he has been sensational. Without Robben Munich struggled offensively and just dont have the same cut and thrust going forward, Robben scores and creates alot of the goals for Munich and he really is irreplaceable. Bayern will be hoping that he can return ahead of their Champions League quarter final. With such a talented squad though there is no doubt that Bayern Munich will still fancy their chances of going to Borussia Dortmund and winning. Robert Lewandowski and Mario Goetze return to face their former team and I am sure they will get rough treatment from the fans.

While this is the game of the week in the Bundesliga and I am really looking forward to watching the game it is one of those nightmare to handicap games. Theoretically given the form and league possition of the two teams when we are getting this price on Bayern Munich we should take them but given the history between these two sides I just cant do that. I like how Borussia Dortmund have turned their season around and I am going to take the home dog on the handicap. I think the draw is the most likely outcome but Dortmund on the handicap is my strongest play here.
