Juventus host Monaco on tuesday night with the Italian Champions looking to take a lead to France. Juventus are heavily reliant on Carlos Tevez and his goals look to have fired him to another scudetto.Tevez and Morata have formed a lethal partnership up front and with Pogba, Pirlo and Vidal there is enough ingenuity in midfield to create chances for the two up front. Juventus success this season though is built on a really solid defence that just dont concede goals. With six clean sheets in their last seven the Old Lady as Juventus are known will be looking to keep it tight and not conced against a Monaco team that have proven they are very dangerous on the counter attack.

Monaco were rank outsiders in their last sixteen game but that didnt prevent them from going to London and winning 3-1, the french side led by Mouthino, Berbatov and Martial will be dangerous and they possess their own mean defence that is led by former Chelsea defender Carvalhyo. Monaco have been terrific all season in the Champions League and have actually only lost two games in the competition. Monaco have a slight advantage playing in Juventus first and they knwo that a draw here will be a huge result.

I cant help but fancy the french side here, I think both teams are defensive minded and this game could end up being ultra defensive but Juventus will need to come out and attack as they will want to go to France with some sort of a lead. Given how both teams set up I expect there to be plenty of play around the middle third and lots of possession for the home teams. But giving Monaco a two goal head start is too much in my opinion so I am taking Monaco +2 . I think this one could finish a draw but it will all depend on how well Monaco manage Carlos Tevez.
