Huge game in the battle for survival as Leicester City look to keep their strong form going when they face Southampton at the King Power stadium. Leicester know they must continue to win every game to give themselves their best chance at survival. Nigel Pearsons team will not be lacking for hard work and effort. Led by experienced former Inter Milan midfielder Esteban Cambiasso you can be guaranteed that Leicester will do everything they can to stay up and will be playing smart football. Ulloa will be a focal point for Leicester and if he can contribute more goals then Leicester have every chance of making it five wins from six on Saturday.
Southampton come into this game having gone through a really rough patch formwise, the Saints have lost three of their last five and will be without the suspended Ward Prowse tomorrow after the full back was sent off against Sunderland last weekend. Ronald Koeman's side are struggling to put any sort of form together and they face a Leicester team that are desperate for points tomorrow. Southampton though do have some of the best players in the league and Pelle, Tadic and Mane will be a handful for the the Foxes defence to marshall. The Saints will want to continue to play hard as they may miss out on European football if they continue to slide.
This is such a tough game to call, Southampton are the better team both on paper and in real life but Leicester's need is bigger and teams threatened with relegation tend to lift their performance by ten to fifteen percent when push comes to shove. This is one I dont really have a big fancy on, I think that Leicester are probably going to get something from this game and taking Leicester to win could be a nice bonus play, just taking it small here though as I really do think Southampton are the better team.
