Northern Ireland are on the verge of creating history a win tonight against Hungary will see Northern Ireland qualify for the Euro's a massive achievement for such a small country and one that is within their grasp. Michael O'Neill's side have been terrific during this campaign and deserve to be where they are in the standings top of the Group with their fate in their own hands. With a solid center back partnership in McAuley and Evans, Northern Irelands success has been built on a solid defence and a work ethic that is second to none. Can Northern Ireland continue their success at Windsor park with a win over Hungary?
Hungary played out a 0-0 draw with Romania on Friday that leaves them Four points off top and three points off Romania in the race for an automatic qualifying place. Hungary have had a good qualifiers and they have two pretty easy games left at home against Faroe Islands and away to a Greece team that have been absolutely terrible. Nikolic and Szalai represent a decent threat up front for Hungary and they will take watching tonight.
With Northern Ireland so close to making history I think this game will be fraught with tension and I think that this will not be an easy game for the home side. Hungary are a quality side with some good players and they have had a good campaign thus far and I think will come to Northern Ireland confident of getting a result. I am going to take a draw here, I think Hungary are good enough defensively to stifle Northern Irelands attack and overall a point is not the worst result for both teams.
