The Saturday evening game in the Premier League will see Arsenal travel to Vicarage Road to take on one of the newly promoted sides Watford. Watford have had a relatively solid start to the season tough to beat the Hornets have only lost two games so far this season and have picked up some good points with a draw at Goodison Park against Everton and an away win at Newcastle to their credit. Watford brought in experience in the off season with Capoue and Behrami coming in to bring their Premier League experience to the midfield. Watford are well organised and defensively very tough to break down. Manager Sanchez Flores has had a good solid start to his time at Watford but this is the first home game against a top four team and will be interesting to see what approach he takes.
Arsenal come into this game off the back of a terrific win over Manchester United at the Emirates. The Gunners had a slow start to the season and most would have been disappointed with Alexis Sanchez after a very poor start with no goals in six games, but the Chiliean has turned it around with five goals in his last two games including a couple of peaches against Man Utd. Ozil and Cazorla have both started the season well Walcott and Oxlade Chamberlain look like players playing with purpose. Wenger's side have been really impressive of late and I am not sure that we have seen a better collection of players in an Arsenal team since the Invincible. This though is usually where Arsenal let me down and drop points to a team they should beat.
Even given my last statement though I cant help but feel like Arsenal have to be taken this weekend and against the handicap. At odds against minus a goal I think Arsenal to me look like one of the bets of the weekend. Arsenal with the squad they have should be able to win this one by two or more. They have scored eight in their last two games and while Arsenal are always capable of a let down I dont think it happens on Saturday evening. With Manchester United facing a tough trip to Everton this could be a chance for Arsenal to get some distance between them and their great rivals.
