With Liverpool putting together three wins in a row the Anfield crowd will now be looking forward to a meeting with Crystal Palace on Sunday, a game that may have drawn some worry a couple of weeks back looks a lot more winnable now that the reds have a couple of wins under their belt and some momentum. The Jurgen Klopp era has definitely arrived and the team is playing well. Philip Couthino looks like a man reborn and with Milner, Ibe and the rest of the midfield working their socks off, Benteke and Origi throwing themselves around and working hard this now looks like a Liverpool team capable of competeting for the top four in comparison to the team that under Brendan Rodgers looked likely to finish in the bottom half.
Crystal Palace do come into this game in poor form having lost a couple but they steadied the ship last time out and held Manchester United at Selhurst Park. Alan Pardew's side have been very tough to beat this season and they will go to Anfield and set up to play on the counter attack using the pace on their wings to try to get in behind Liverpool's back four and with Puncheon, Zahah, Campbell, Gayle and Bolasie there is plenty of talent with which Crystal Palace could hurt Liverpool.
For me this game is priced wrong, the bookmakers have jumped on Liverpool as strong favourites a little too early for me, while I like Klopp and I think he will be a success I think Liverpool have a long way to go yet and I think they will get it tough to break down a strong Crystal Palace defence. I'm going to take Crystal Palace +1 on the handicap here as I see the Eagles leavign Anfield with something. In fact if they play their cards right Palace could leave with all three points but I like the handicap as the strongest bet in this market.
