Everton vs Aston Villa 21 Nov 2015: EPL Preview and Predictions
21 November 2015/ 1000ET
Roberto Martinez and his Everton side is back in action and this weekend the Toffees are at home against a struggling Aston Villa side. This game may be one sided but there is still a lot of value in it.
Everton come into this game as a team that has been pretty average. They managed to thrash Sunderland in their last home game but they failed to beat an impressive West Ham team in their last outing. All in all though, this team has some good players with the likes of Lukaku and Ross Barkley who are amazing attacking options. In addition to that the defense has been solid. Another bonus for Everton may be the return of Leighton Baines. This will be big for the home side as he is an insanely good player and his addition will make the defense harder to break. Furthermore his attacking treat will give the side a new dimension which will be a positive. I think that Everton will go into this game in good shape and will like their chances of winning.

Aston Villa on the other hand has been playing very poorly. This is a club with great history and honestly it is disappointing to see them play so badly. They are at the bottom the ladder and I don’t think that is going to change anytime soon. This match may be another loss but honestly I think the fans are expecting it. Villa will get some confidence after they managed to get a draw against Manchester City at home but I don’t think that they will be able to do something similar on the road.
I think Everton will win this match but at 1.57 the outright result is not a value pick. I think that Everton may win by multiple goals and that is why I think that the best bet is to take the handicap and bet on Everton (-1). In addition to that, over 2.5 goals is also a good bet. Everton are great going forward and against weak opposition they may score a truckload of goals like they did against Sunderland. I will certainly be putting my money on this game since there is a lot of value here.
