Porto come into this game needing just a point to guarantee themselves qualification but they face a Dynamo Kyiv team that need something from this game to give themselves a chance of progressing to the knockout stages. Dynamo Kyiv were desperately unlucky to lose to Chelsea last time out, a brilliant free kick from Willian with seven minutes to go was the difference between the teams in the end. Yarmalenko is the key man for Kyiv and the Ukraine midfielder fresh off his role in helping his country through to Euro2016 will be the focal point of most of Dynamo's attacks. Managed by former Ukraine superstar Sergi Rebrov this Dynamo Kyiv side have been very tough to beat and drew the first game against Porto 2-2 a game which they easily could have won and were probably a little unlucky not to get all three points but then needed a last minute equaliser after giving up two goals in the last ten minutes in what was a crazy game.
Porto though have been excellent in the Champions League and at home they have been perfect putting away both Chelsea and Maccabi. Porto have only conceded one goal in nine competitive games at home and have not lost at home since losing to Benfica in December 2014, almost a full year unbeaten at home. Aboubaker is the key man up front and will lead the line for Porto. Porto have some talented youth with BArcelona youngster Tello on loan till the end of the season. Brahimi, Jesus Corona and Aboubaker are a formidable front three and they will give Dynamo plenty of problems.
While its tough to oppose Porto at home I do think they are probably a little bit short here. Dynamo Kyiv have proved to be a very tough nut to crack and played extremely well on the road at Chelsea last time out. While I'm not going to back Kyiv to win here I do think they will give a good account of themselves. Going to take Dynamo +.5 on the first half handicap. I think the Ukranians try to keep it tight for an hour and go all out for the win in the last thirty, this should be an entertaining game.
