On saturday two of last year's promoted teams Norwich City and Watford will go head to head in Vicarage Road. Norwich come into this game off the back of a great result against Arsenal. Norwich played really well last week and they fully deserved the point after going behind early to a Mezut Ozil goal. Alex Neil's men fought back and could have even won the game after creating the best chances in the second half. Robbie Brady was terrific last weekend, producing some excellent through balls and being involved in everything positive that Norwich did. With Jerome, Hoolohan, Brady, Mbokani and REdmond there is attacking talent in the Canaries team.
Watford come into this game after getting another away win against Aston Villa their third away win of the season that has moved them up to eleventh in the league table. One of the success stories of this year has been the Deeney Ighalo partnership who have netted twelve goals between them this season. Watford have a great defence and the success they have had this season is based on that defence and only conceding sixteen goals this season. Watford will be looking to get a win here as the team and management knows they must win their home games against the teams around them in order to survive in this league.
Norwich have lost three away games in a row and it's hard to make a case for the Canaries here against a strong Watford team. Watford have won three of their last five and bounced back from a couple of losses with a win last weekend against Aston Villa. Watford have been very strong defensively and will be tough to beat here. While I dont love the price I'm going to take Watford to get the win here, I think defensively they'll be strong enough to hold out Norwich and Deeney & Ighalo should do enough to win the game.
