With Barcelona already qualified as group winners there is little to play for here for Luis Enrique's side and it will be interesting to see what team takes the field on Wednesday. Barcelona may take the chance to rest Messi, Neymar and Suarez with important domestic games coming up.Barcelona though have an incredible strength in depth and this is a team that can beat anyone at anytime, as defending european Champions and three times champions in the past decade Messi and Co can be relied up to show up in this competition every year.
Bayer Leverkusen know they must win here and hope Roma fail to beat Bate in Rome to give themselves a chance of progress. Leverkusen played well in the first game against Barcelona over in the Nou Camp and were unlucky to lose it. With Javier Hernandez scoring eleven in his last ten games the former Manchester United striker is obviously the key man for the German side who have come undone a little recently with some strange results in the league but they know what they must do here and that is win.
Tough one to handicap here and I cant give a real clear pick until I see the teams. At the moment I have to say I am tempted by Barcelona at 19/20 but if Barcelona go with a second string then the 29/10 about the home team is really too big. But instead of choosing a side, I'm taking both teams to score here. Bayer Leverkusen have scored in each of their last ten games and Barcelona have scored in twenty one of their last twenty two games.
