With lots of speculation linking Saido Berahino with a move from West Brom on transfer deadline day (Monday) there is a chance that West Brom will be without their top scorer come kickoff on Tuesday night against a resurrgent Swansea City. Swansea have finally appointed a new manager former Udinese boss Guidolin will take over until the end of the season at least. Swansea have won two in a row but have played really well in both games as well which is a bright spot for the Swans fans. Swansea's two best players this season Sigurddson and Ayew have been excellent and with Gomis being effective in a super sub role Swansea are going to be a tough team to play against. Swansea defensively have been really good of late and with Ashley Williams in defence they have one of the best centre halves in the league. Swansea will go to the Hawthorns in confident mood and I think they will fancy their chances of getting a result here.
Tony Pulis' side have been very tough to beat especially at home, a trait that is common under Pulis sides. West Brom have a strong work ethic championed by their manager and his famously tough but fair managerial side seems to have been a success at the Hawthorns. If West Brom lose Berahino though they will have lost one of their potent threats going forward and although Rondon is their main striker and among their best players but he has been short of support up front. Maverick winger James Mclean can be a game winner or loser on his day but he doest work hard and with Fletcher, McMannamon, Brunt and Morrison this is a hard working midfield. Defensively they are strong as well and this is atough team to break down.
I think that this is going to be a tactical stalemate. We have two teams that wont want to lose here and as long as both finish with 11 men(a real doubt) I think we see this one finish as a draw. Two good middle of the road teams, little hard to get excited about this one possible 0-0 written all over it.
