An early kick off from the Vitality stadium will see Bournemouth host Arsenal in what could potentially be a cracking game of ball. Bournemouth have proven themselves to be a tough team to beat of late and come into this game unbeaten in their last four. Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe did a good job in the January window not to panic buy and the players that came in Afobe and Iturbe look like they will slot into the squad nicely. Afobe in particular has been impressive both in his effort and his end product. Afobe was a handful for defenders to try to mark in the Championship but his power and pace has transferred well to the Premier League and with Stanislas, Arter and Ritchie providing the creativity It looks as if Bournemouth have found themselves a striker to replace the injured Calum Wilson.
Arsenal after their failure to beat Southampton midweek find themselves five points off Leicester City at the top of the league table but when they kick off on Sunday they will find themselves not five points behind but eight points behind and now three points behind Tottenham as well. The Gunners have a quality squad and look like a team that are ready to compete not only for cups but for a Premier League title for the first time since 2003/2004. Arsenal have Ozil, Cazorla, Ramay and the brilliant Alexis Sanchez that quartet is enough attacking talent to win alot of games on their own but brilliance going forward isnt always enough and Arsenal need to find some guts to win this league. Leicester City may be upstarts but they arent just going to hand the title to Arsenal and if the Gunners dont win tomorrow and next week against Leicester then their league chances could be over.
I have to look at the merits of both team here and say that Arsenal should be heavier fvourites. Yes Bournemouth are a good team but they are not at the same level as Arsenal and Arsenal need this win. I think Arsene Wenger will find a way tomorrow and at evens Arsenal are one of the bets of the weekend.
