English Premier League Soccer: August 2018
The Line: -- Over/Under: See the Latest Odds
The English Premier League is only one month from the beginning and as a result, it is the time of year when we can start looking at making some preseason bets. This is set to be one of the most interesting and well contested seasons in the past decade and I am very excited to see how all the teams perform.

Manchester City to win the Premier League: The Sky Blues were the comfortable winner last season and I think they will continue that trend this season. Pep and his team are only getting better and the addition of Riyad Mahrez has added quality and depth to an already incredible squad. It is important to note that the likes of Liverpool and Manchester United are all adding to their teams but I don’t think it will be enough to topple Manchester City from the top spot.
Arsenal to make top 4: Arsenal have changed their manager for the first time in decades and the fresh energy of Unai Emery should do wonders for the club. The Gunners were not close to the top 4 last season but they have added to the team and they are looking like a much better unit this season. Looking at teams like Chelsea and Tottenham, I think Arsenal are better set and should take the 4th spot behind Manchester City, Manchester United and Liverpool
Southampton to get relegated: The Saints were very lucky last season to avoid relegation but I don’t think they will avoid that fate this time around. Southampton have not added any quality to their team and it is hard to see how they can improve this season. With newly promoted sides like Fulham and Wolverhampton looking dangerous, it will be a difficult season for Southampton.
Harry Kane to be top goalscorer: Harry Kane has been scoring for fun for the past few seasons and he continued that form in the World Cup for England as he won the Golden Boot award. This season he will lead Tottenham as their key striker once again meaning he will get tons of chances to put the ball in the back of the net. Kane is technically solid and very hungry to do well so I see him winning this award again.
