Burnley and Norwich City face off on Saturday in an English Premier League showdown at the Turf Moor. This is a key game for both teams and could decide later in the season if either of these teams don’t get relegated. 

Burnley currently sits in.19th place in the standings having picked up two points. Even with all the struggles, Burnley has to feel decent coming into this game. Burnley was able to score two goals against Leicester City and that was enough to get the draw. Burnley did give up a late goal to Jamie Vardy in the 85th minute, or they could have picked up three points. Burnley has scored five goals while their defense has given up 11 goals. Burnley hasn’t had any players score more than a goal this season. If Burnley wants to win this game, the offense is going to need to be good. 

Norwich City have had the worst start of any team this season sitting last place not having picked up any points. Norwich City’s defense isn’t good, and their offense hasn’t been able to get anything going. In the last game against Everton, Norwich City actually had 54 percent of the possession, but only had two shots on goal, and couldn’t find the back of the net. Norwich City has scored only two goals total while their defense has given up 16 goals. Teemu Pukki has been the only bright spot for this team scoring two goals. Norwich City needs to start picking up points, or this season is going to be over soon. Norwich City needs to push guys forward and try to get the three points. 

Norwich City can push as many guys forward as they want, it’s not going to matter. Burnley’s offense finally got going in their last game, and their defense will step up in this game too. The lack of scoring by Norwich City is going to be the difference as Burnley comes away with the victory.
