Surprisingly enough, Albania has been one of the best defensive teams in this group with 7 conceded goals, and they are now in 3^rd place with 15 points. Even in the attacking end, Albania has been solid with 11 scored goals. Broja is the leading goalscorer for Albania in these qualifications with 3 goals, while Manaj and Uzuni added 2 goals. Albania was hosting Poland last month in these qualifications, and they were decent with 51% of ball possession, 1 shot on goal, 2 corner kicks, 0 big chances created, and 70% of the correct passes. Defensively, Albania was solid, they were focused, but they still ended up conceding a goal in the 77^th minute. Albania wasn’t able to get back into this game, and they ended up losing 0-1. Albania has improved a lot over the last few years, and getting to the World Cup would be an incredible accomplishment for this team, but it will be really hard to stay undefeated in these last 2 games.
