Udinese vs. AC Milan 12/11/21 Serie A Soccer Picks, Predictions, and Odds

Udinese is hosting AC Milan at Dacia Arena in round 17 of the Italian Serie A. Udinese is still struggling, they are conceding a lot of goals, but the good news is they are outside the relegation zone right now. Milan is at the top of the table, they are playing well in Serie A, but they got knocked out of Europe earlier this week.

Udinese hasn’t won any of their last 5 games while winning only 1 of their last 15 games. Offensively, Udinese has been decent so far with 21 scored goals, but they have conceded 27, and their defense is just not that good. In their last game, Udinese was playing against Empoli on the road, and they were horrible. Udinese has had 42% of ball possession, 8 shots on goal, 6 corner kicks, 3 big chances created, and 80% of the correct passes. Well, maybe Udinese wasn’t terrible, but they were bad, and they ended up losing this game 3-1. Beto is the leading goalscorer for Udinese with 6 goals, while Deulofeu added 4 goals and 3 assists. There are no injuries in Udinese right now. It doesn’t matter that Udinese is healthy, they just suck in general, and they will not have a good season.

Milan has lost to Liverpool in the Champions League earlier this week, and not only did they get knocked out of the competition, but they also got knocked out of Europe completely, which means to Europa League, no Conference League. I actually think this is good news for Milan because they can now focus solely on Serie A and getting that title back to them, but it will be tough because the competition is strong in Serie A. Milan has been solid on both ends so far this season, well slightly better in the attacking end, but solid, nonetheless. Ibrahimovic is now the leading goalscorer for Milan with 6 goals. Milan is also one of the teams with a ton of injuries, but I hope some of these players will be ready to play in this game. Milan has 3 games left to play in December before they go on a 2-week break, and if they get through this month with a few more points and at the top of the table, Milan can start hoping for the best, but there are still a lot of games to be played this season.

Udinese has been very sloppy so far, and I just don’t see them getting a positive result in this game. Milan has to bounce back, they are the better team, and they have already won 6 games on the road so far. I’m taking Milan.
