Considering how they started this season, fighting for the Champions League is an accomplishment for Arsenal, but I think they will need to be happy with the Europa League spot. Saka is still the leading goalscorer for Arsenal with 11 goals, while Smith-Rowe added 10 goals. I expect a bit of a rebuild in Arsenal over the summer, but we will see if they will make the right moves to be more competitive in the EPL next season, and they will need to be a lot better if they want to fight with Liverpool, City, and Chelsea.

Everton has concluded this season on a positive note, and after that amazing win against Crystal Palace, they have secured their spot in the EPL, that is if they can fight off the attack from Leeds and Burnley about some financial stuff happening in Everton. With 39 points, Everton is now in 16^th place, which is 4 points above the relegation zone, and whether they win or lose in this game, they will remain outside the relegation zone. Everton hasn’t scored a lot of goals this season, only 42, and their leading goalscorer is Richarlison with 10 goals and 5 assists. There are still a bunch of injuries in Everton, but they don’t really care. Everton will be selling a few players in the offseason, and they will try to sing a few players, but hopefully, they will be better next season than they were this one.

The trends are on Arsenal’s side in this matchup, and overall, they are the better team. As I’ve mentioned, only the win will get Arsenal into the Champions League, and even that might not be enough. Arsenal can control only their game, and they will get the win here.
