Brighton and Arsenal face off on Saturday in an English Premier League showdown at Falmer Stadium. Brighton has won the last two games over Arsenal.

Brighton comes into this game sitting in 7th place in the standings having picked up 24 points. Brighton faced off against Southampton on Monday, and they were able to secure a 3-1 victory. The scoring started by Adam Lallana in the 14th minute and they never looked back as they cruised to the victory. Brighton had 67 percent of the possession and four shots on target. Two games ago against Aston Villa they played to a 2-2 draw. Moises Caicedo picked up his fifth yellow card in the last game, and he’s not suspended for this game. Alexis Mac Allister is still away from the team as he comes back from the World Cup, and it’s expected he will be back in the new year.

On the other side of this matchup is Arsenal who sits in 1st place in the standings having picked up 40 points. On Monday, Arsenal faced off against West Ham United and they were able to secure a 3-1 victory. Arsenal had 67 percent of the possession and five shots on target. Bukayo Saka scored in the 53rd minute to open up the standings, and Gabriel Martinelli scored the game-winner in the 58th minute. Gabriel Jesus and Reiss Nelson are both dealing with injuries still and they won’t be able to go in this game. There is a chance that Emile Smith Rowe could see the field in this game.

Brighton is dealing with some key injury issues, and that is bad news going against an elite team like Arsenal. Arsenal is going to score at least two goals here, and Brighton isn’t going to be keeping up. Back Arsenal on the money line to cash. I am also throwing a few dollars on an exact score of 2-0.
