Croatia and Canada face off on Sunday in a World Cup Group F soccer showdown at Khalifa International Stadium.

Croatia currently sits in second place in the group, having picked up one point. Croatia opened up the World Cup against Morocco and the game ended in a 0-0 draw. Croatia had 65 percent of the possession, but they only managed two shots on target. Nikola Vlasic had to leave the last game because of an injury, and it’s unclear if he’s going to be able to go in this game. Outside of that injury, though, Croatia basically has a full squad to pick from. Lovro Majer is expected to come off the bench again here.

On the other side of this matchup is Canada, who sits in 4th place in the group, having picked up zero points. Canada opened up the World Cup against Belgium, and they were defeated 1-0. Canada had 46 percent of the possession and three shots on target, but they couldn’t find the back of the net. Canada lost that first game, but it’s not expected they are going to make many or any changes in this game. The only change that might come is with Cyle Larin replacing Junior Hoilett. In this game, Canada needs to get a win, so I would expect they are going to push the numbers forward here.

I really don’t trust either of these offenses, and goals are going to be hard to come by here. Canada only managed three shots on target in the first game, and it’s not going to get any easier in this game. Croatia also didn’t score in the first game, and this one will be lower scoring. Back the under to cash here.
