As I’ve mentioned, Elche is far away from the relegation zone, in 14^th place with 29 points, but they are slowly slipping. Offensively, Elche is averaging just over 1 scored goal per game, while defensively they are conceding 1.5. in their last 3 games, Elche has 1 win and 2 losses, and they have conceded 6 goals, while they have scored only 2 goals, and that was in only 1 game. Over the next few weeks, Elche is facing some strong teams, and they are starting with Barcelona, but luckily for them, they are outside the relegation zone now. There are a few injuries and suspensions in Elche, and that will have a huge impact on their game. Boye and Milla are leading Elche with 7 goals each. I think Elche will stay in the league, the only question is if they will need to fight for it until the end.

Barcelona has been quite impressive as of late, and we are finally starting to see what Xavi wants to do with this team, and he is succeeding. In the Europa League, Barcelona will be playing against Galatasaray next week. Roberto, Fati, Balde, and Umtiti are all injured. Barcelona finally looks like a good team, at least offensively, but when your offense is producing, the defense also improves, and that is happening for Barcelona right now.

I know that Elche is a decent team, but they haven’t won any of their last 8 games against Barcelona, and Barcelona hasn’t lost any of their last 4 games on the road. I’m going with Barcelona all the way in this one.
