Leicester City and Leeds United face off on Thursday in an English Premier League showdown at King Power Stadium. When these two teams faced off on March 5th it was Leicester City that secured the 1-0 victory.

Leeds United comes into this game sitting in 15th place in the standings having picked up nine points. In the last game against Arsenal, Leeds United failed to score a goal and that led to the 1-0 defeat. Leeds United had 47 percent of the possession and only four shots on target. Leeds United are pretty banged up heading into this game, and they will be without Stuart Dallas, Adam Forshaw,  Archie Gray, and Leo Hjelde won’t be able to go in this game. Junior Firpo is healthy again and there seems to be a good chance that he will get the start in this game.

On the other side of this matchup is Leicester City who sit in 20th place in the group having picked up five points. This has been a very disappointing year, but they were able to pick up a point in their last game against Crystal Palace. Leicester City had 54 percent of the possession and four shots on target, but they couldn’t find the back of the net and the game ended in a 0-0 draw. Leicester City is going to be without James Maddison after he picked up his 5th yellow card of the season in his last game. Wilfred Ndidi is also dealing with a knee injury and isn’t going to be able to go in this game.

Leicester City without Maddison is going to struggle to score and that is going to lead to this game being lower scoring. The last time these two teams faced off there was only one goal scored and that’s right around where this game will also end. Back the under 2.5 goals to cash here.
