Osasuna vs. Real Madrid 5/20/22 LaLiga Soccer Pick, Predictions, and Odds

Osasuna is welcoming Real Madrid to Estadio EL Sadar in round 33 of the Spanish LaLiga. Osasuna has been playing really well as of late, they are on a nice winning streak, and they could be a threat here. Real Madrid has been outstanding for most of this season, Benzema is on fire, and thanks to that Real Madrid will win the title.

Osasuna has won 4 of their last 6 games, while they are now on a 2-game winning streak in LaLiga. During this streak, Osasuna has scored 3 goals while conceding only 1, and thanks to that they are now in the top half of the table with 44 points. Osasuna isn’t scoring a lot of goals, but they are pretty solid defensively right now. Budimir and Avilla are now the leading goalscorers for Osasuna with 6 goals each, while Garcia has 4 assists. There are a few injuries in Osasuna, while Torro is suspended because of the yellow cards. Osasuna is not a particularly good offensive team, but they can certainly score some goals, and I would say they are pretty happy with their season so far.

Real Madrid is playing in the Champions League next week, but first, they need to take care of this game in LaLiga, and then they will get a nice long rest ahead of that clash against City. Real was losing to Sevilla 2-0 this past weekend in LaLiga, but they were able to turn it around, and they ended up winning that match 2-3 with a goal by Benzema in the last minute. Real is now at the top of the table with 75 points, they have scored a nice 6 goals, and their defense is pretty good with 28 conceded goals in 32 games. The injury list is now long for Real Madrid, and Ancelotti has said Modric will be rested in this game, which could be a bit of a problem for Real Madrid. Benzema is their leading goalscorer of course with 39 goals in 39 games overall this season, while in LaLiga has 25 goals and 10 assists. The good news for Real Madrid is they have a nice advantage over Barcelona right now, which means even if they lose, they will remain at the top, but I just don’t see them losing this game.

There is no need to complicate here, Osasuna is in solid form, but Real Madrid is from another planet, and that is coming from a Barcelona fan. I’m taking Real Madrid on the money line.
