The Wolves and Manchester United face off on Saturday in an English Premier League showdown at Molineux Stadium. When these two teams faced off on January 3rd it was the Wolves that secured the 1-0 victory. 

The Wolves currently sit in 18th place in the standings having picked up 13 points. The Wolves last game came against Everton on Monday and they were able to secure the 2-1 victory. Daniel Podence scored in the 22nd minute and Rayan Ait-Nouri scored in the 95th minute to secure the victory. That goal in the 95th minute could end up being the difference later if they stay up in the Premier League. The Wolves had 41 percent of the possession and four shots on target. Chiquinho, Pedro Neto and Sasa Kalajdzic are all still dealing with injuries and they aren’t going to be able to go in this game. Jonny Castro however is expected to get the start in this game, and they need him to have a big game. 

On the other side of this matchup is Manchester United who sit in 5th place in the standings having picked up 29 points. On Tuesday Manchester United faced off against Nottingham Forest and they were able to secure the 3-0 victory. Marcus Rashford scored in the 19th minute and they never looked back as they cruised to the victory. Manchester United had 66 percent of the possession and eight shots on target. Victor Lindelof and Scott McTominay are both still dealing with illness and it’s unclear if they are going to be able to go in this game. Lisandro Martinez is back from the World Cup and he could get the start in this game. 

The Wolves won the last game, but this is a whole different beast going against Manchester United. Manchester United is coming off a game where they scored three goals, and they are going to score at least two goals off the Wolves here. The Wolves won’t be keeping up and Manchester United will secure the victory.
