Bayer Leverkusen vs. Eintracht Frankfurt 5/2/22 Bundesliga Soccer Pick, Predictions, and Odds

Bayer Leverkusen is welcoming Eintracht Frankfurt to BayArena in round 32 of the German Bundesliga. Leverkusen has been in good form, and they need to keep winning if they want to stay in the Champions League spot. Eintracht is not doing so well in Bundesliga, but they are killing it in the Europa League, and they are close to the finals.

Leverkusen has lost only 1 of their last 5 games, while their last win against Furth was pretty easy and stress-free. In the Standings, Leverkusen is now in 3rd place with 55 points, which is the same as Freiburg has on 4th and only 1 point more than Leipzig in 5th place. The competition for those last two Champions League spots is pretty strong this season, and every team competing for it deserves to be there. Leverkusen has been one of the best offensive teams in the Bundesliga this season with 72 scored goals, and Schick is their leading goalscorer with 21 goals. Wirtz has added 10 assists and 7 goals. Leverkusen is an amazingly talented team, and I hope they can keep most of their players, but that will be a very hard task to accomplish.

Eintracht has had a very important game last week in the Europa League, and they were successful. Eintracht was playing against West Ham on the road in the Europa League semifinals, and they have won that match 1-2, but there is still the second leg to be played. As far as Bundesliga goes, Eintracht is now in 10th place with 40 points, they have scored 42 goals, while their defense has been sloppy with 44 conceded goals. Eintracht is not doing well in Bundesliga, they are in 10th place, and unless they win the Europa League, Eintracht will not be playing in Europe next season. Borre is the leading goalscorer for Eintracht with 7 goals, while Kostic has added 4 goals and 9 assists, but they are not doing well overall in Bundesliga this season when it comes to scoring goals. Ramaj is the only injured player for Eintracht as of right now. It seems that the knockouts are working well for Eintracht, but that second leg against West Ham will not be easy, and Eintracht must stay on their toes.

When playing at home, Leverkusen hasn’t lost to Eintracht in their last 8 games. Leverkusen has a lot more offense than Eintracht does, almost double, and they are also better defensively, which is why I think they will win this game.
