Bosnia and Herzegovina vs. Montenegro 9/23/22 Nations League Soccer Picks, Predictions, Odds

Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro face off on Friday in a League B Group 3 showdown at Bilino Polje. The last time these two teams faced off, the game ended in a 1-1 draw.

Bosnia and Herzegovina comes into this game sitting in 1st place in the group having picked up eight points. Bosnia’s last game came against Finland, the offense was strong in that game, scoring three goals. Bosnia scored three goals in the first 28 minutes, and they played just enough defense to secure the victory. Edin Dzeko will be starting for the 125th in his career for Bosnia. Sanjin Prcic and Sead Kolasinac are also expected to get the starts in this game, and they are going to need to find a way to get the goal scoring going in this game.

Montenegro comes into this game sitting in second place in the group having picked up seven points. Montenegro’s last game against Romania was in June, and the offense was strong, scoring three goals. Stefen Mugosa scored goals in the 42nd, 56th, and 63rd minutes. They had only four shots on goal and 40 percent of the possession, but they did the goal scoring and that led to the victory. Mugosa scored three times in the last game, and he’s expected to start again in this game. Captain Stevan Jovetic is also expected to play in this game, but he might not be the starter here.

There are better games on the board to bet, but I still think there is some value with Bosnia. In the last game, Bosnia scored three goals, and I don’t trust this Montenegro defense to find a lot of success here. Look for Bosnia to score two or three goals here and that is going to be the difference here as Bosnia and Herzegovina secure the victory.
