Poland vs. Saudi Arabia 11/26/22 World Cup Soccer Picks, Predictions, Odds

Poland and Saudi Arabia face off on Saturday in a World Cup Group G soccer showdown at Education City Stadium.

Saudi Arabia comes into this game sitting in 1st place in the group having picked up three points. Saudia Arabia had one of the most shocking wins of the World Cup so far, beating Argentina 2-1 in the first game. Saudi Arabia gave up a goal in the 10th minute, and it looked like it might be a long game. Saleh Alshehri scored in the 48th minute and Salem Aldawsari scored in the 53rd minute. Yasser Al-Shahrani suffered a terrible jaw injury and is going to be kept out of the World Cup. Mohammed Al-Burayk is expected to move into the starting lineup to take his place. That however is expected to be the only change.

On the other side of this matchup is Poland, who sits tied for second place, having picked up one point. Poland faced off against Mexico to start the World Cup, and the game ended in a 0-0 draw. Poland had only 39 percent of the possession and two shots on target, but the defense was strong. They did have a penalty shot, but it was saved. Poland had 39 percent of the possession and two shots on goal. Krystian Bielik and Bartosz Bereszynski are both dealing with injuries, but they are expected to be able to go in this game. Arkadiusz Milik could move into the starting lineup here, and it’s going to be important that he has a big impact on the game if he doesn’t play.

Poland knows they need the three points here, and that means more numbers are going to be pushed forward. With numbers pushed forward, that is going to give more scoring chances by Saudi Arabia. Look for Saudi Arabia to score a couple of goals again, and that will be the difference as Saudi Arabia secures their second World Cup victory. Back Saudi Arabia on the money line.
