Kevin Anderson vs Grigor Dimitrov
The Line: -- Over/Under: See the Latest Odds
We have reached the quarterfinals of the ATP Rogers Cup event in Toronto where we will see two of the best tennis players in the world playing against each other. This match will be between Grigor Dimitrov from Bulgaria and Kevin Anderson from South Africa. Anderson is the number 4 seeds with Dimitrov is the number 5 seed so that should suggest we will get a very close contest between two top tennis players.
Kevin Anderson had an amazing Wimbledon campaign where he just fell short of the title as he lost to Novak Djokovic in the final. The tournament showed the quality of the South African superstar as he eliminated the likes of Roger Federer and John Isner. This is a top player and with the US Open only weeks away, will be keen to build some momentum. This has been a good tournament for Kevin Anderson as he has won both his games in dominant fashion. This will be the biggest test that Anderson has faced in Canada so far and it will be interesting to see how he handles it.

On the other side of the court, Grigor Dimitrov will look to bounce back after a disappointing Wimbledon campaign. The Bulgarian was eliminated in the opening round and although he was unlucky to draw Stan Wawrinka, he would have expected better. Grigor Dimitrov has been a top player for some time but he will look to cement his place as an elite player by winning major tournaments. The Rogers Cup is a big tennis event and I am sure that Grigor Dimitrov will be very determined to ensure that he can do extremely well in this event. The Bulgarian has also looked very good in his opening two games so it will be very interesting to see how he plays in this match.
This is a very hard result to predict since we have two top players competing. I am not sure how this is going to end but if I had to pick, I would side with Grigor Dimitrov. The Bulgarian seems more determined to win this tournament than Kevin Anderson who is more focused on the US Open. That being said, this is a risky pick that could easily go either way.
